LEGAL NOTICE — COPYRIGHT, LICENSING, AND DATA MINING RESERVATION

All photographs, images, and visual content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the copyright holder, Tero Kauria's Photography, and are protected under international copyright law, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the EU Directive 2019/790 on Copyright in the Digital Single Market, the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and applicable national laws.

EXPRESS RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: No license, right, or permission is granted — whether express, implied, or by estoppel — to any person, entity, automated system, artificial intelligence, machine learning model, web scraper, crawler, data mining tool, or any other technological means to reproduce, copy, download, store, cache, index, encode, train upon, create derivative works from, redistribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any image or content from this website without prior written authorization from the copyright holder. This notice constitutes an express reservation of rights pursuant to Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and all equivalent international and national laws regarding text and data mining.

UNAUTHORIZED USE AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Any unauthorized reproduction, storage, indexing, scraping, or use of any image from this website — including but not limited to use for AI/ML training data, dataset compilation, generative model training, or any commercial or non-commercial purpose — constitutes knowing and willful infringement. By accessing this website via automated means, you agree that such unauthorized use causes irreparable harm and constitutes acceptance of a licensing fee of EUR 1,000.00 (one thousand euros) or USD 1,000.00 (one thousand US dollars) per image, per instance of use. You acknowledge this fee is a reasonable estimate of actual damages and not a penalty.

The copyright holder reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including statutory damages (which may exceed the aforementioned fee), injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs and attorney's fees. Any legal action shall be governed by the laws of the copyright holder's primary jurisdiction.
